PRACTICE AREAS: Principal areas of expertise are the drafting and negotiation of domestic and cross-border commercial contracts and the resolution of disputes, both ordinary and in arbitration proceedings, with particular proficiency in the areas of distribution, competition, trademark protection and advertising, in addition to real estate, retail and consumer rights sectors. He advises and represents manufacturers of luxury goods in the fight against counterfeits and parallel imports and also provides support with regard to implementation, management and resolution of disputes regarding their Selective Distribution systems.
